Job Title: Gasoline Calibration Engineer
Experience Required: 5-8 Years
Notice Period: 15 days to Immediate
Location: Pune
Job Purpose: Gasoline Emission and OBD calibration reference person for project development, homologation, quality, external supplier (components, engineering services)
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Emission and OBD calibration contents release aligned to deliverables and project milestones
- Reference person in case of activities provided by an external engineering company
- Reference person for homologation department for Emission and OBD verification test, support during preparation test and homologation measurement
Required Qualifications / Experience
- Bachelor of Engineering from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years combined work experience in the same area
- English: Advanced
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of Gasoline regional emission legislation: procedures, cycles, legal limit, on field monitoring
- Understanding of Electronic engine control unit, hydraulics, mechanics, electronics
- Hands on experience in powertrain calibration
- Good driving skills for vehicle calibration activities
- Familiar with engine calibration tools (ETAS INCA, SCAN Tool)
- Measurement analysis (ETAS MDA, AVL Concerto)
- Good understanding on Fuel system & exhaust gas system
- Good exposure in engine and vehicle SW functionalities
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
- Good teamwork skills and ability to work independently
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Conflict and crisis management
- Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics Engineering
