Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
- Analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements for increased productivity and efficiency.
- Create detailed process maps and workflow diagrams to visualize current and future states of business processes.
- Develop and present viable solution options to address business challenges, considering feasibility, and impact.
- Create comprehensive requirement documents, including use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
