Roles and Responsibilities:
Deep Understanding: Possess an in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, its modules, and capabilities. Customize and configure ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs. Integrate ServiceNow with other applications and other systems
Platform Upgrades: Manage platform upgrades and ensure smooth transitions.
Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Create solutions considering best practices, scalability, and security.
- Data Modeling: Develop data models and establish data governance practices.
Workflow Automation: Create workflows and automation processes to optimize business processes.
Governance Framework: Establish governance policies and ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational guidelines.
Security: Implement security best practices, including access controls, data encryption, and vulnerability management.
Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular audits, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and prepare for audits.
Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Training: Provide training and support to end-users and other teams on ServiceNow features and functionalities.
Continuous Improvement:
Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for efficiency.
Innovation: Stay updated with ServiceNow updates and industry trends, applying them to enhance existing processes.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.
Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with the development team and other stakeholders.
- Mentorship and Leadership:
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends and contribute to thought leadership in the ServiceNow community.
