Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Sr Servicenow Developer

Experience Required: 6-8 Years

Notice Period:  15 days to Immediate 

Location: Bangalore

 

Primary responsibility is to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations to meet the needs of the organization. You will be expected to work with cross-functional teams to ensure that ServiceNow solutions align with business requirements and technical specifications.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM modules, such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define processes, and design solutions that meet business needs.
  • Creation of technical designs, implementation plans, and testing strategies for ITOM solutions.
  • Conducting data analysis to identify trends and patterns in IT operations, and using this information to improve performance and reduce downtime.
  • Developing and maintaining documentation, user guides, and training materials for ITOM modules.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and IT teams.
  • Participating in ongoing ServiceNow ITOM training and certification programs to stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
  • Leading and mentoring junior ITOM staff to help them develop their skills and improve performance.
