Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Onboarding Coordinator

Experience Required: 0-1 Years

Notice Period:  15 days to Immediate 

Location: Bangalore


Candidate should have good communication skills and should have interest in doing repetitive task

Need only Immediate joiner or who can join in 10 days


Project Overview:

Under direct supervision, enables recruitment while liaising with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates. Supports with timely hiring, updates and reporting. Maintains integrity of human resource data.


Contractor's Role:

  •  Support recruitment with Internal and External Schedules, Background verification support and Offer Letter generation.
  •  Complete External Hiring on a weekly basis as assigned and provide updates on a timely manner.
  •  Create the Employee files and validate the files of other Team members.
  •  Take ownership in adhering to the deadline and SLA's agreed for all tasks.
  •  Support with Internal Job Movements as required.
  •  Candidate Management/Dispositioning on the ATS
  •  Complete on-the-job training given by the Recruiters and work Independently.
  •  Update reports within prescribed deadlines
  •  Prepare and Share Hiring related Reports on a weekly basis
  •  Work on Virtual drives or with teams in other regions to support onboarding activities when scheduled/as required
  •  Weekend/Weekday Drives
  •  Provide support in conducting Screening/HR Interviews
  •  Administers various corporate human resource programs or staff services.
  •  Maintains confidentiality of all human resources records.
  •  Ensuring compliance with all policies

  •  Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job.
  •  Knowledge of human resources policies
  •  Developing research and analytical skills.



  •  Required: 1+ years of related experience


Must have skills:

  •  1+ years of exp in Onboarding related activities such as scheduling of interviews, offer creation, hiring candidates on an ATS.
  •  Requires good communication ((Verbal & Written), presentation, MS Office skills.
  •  Attention to Detail
  •  Can work effectively as a team member and independently.
  •  Has good consulting, client servicing and influencing skills.
  •  Basic knowledge of ATS systems would be an added advantage
