Primary Skill
Candidate with 3+ years of experience in IT domain with 2+ years on Delinea (Thycotic) PAM implementation with Thycotic Certification (Preffered).
Secondary Skill
Experience in implementation of at least two PAM engagements, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and application support
Key Job Description/Responsibilities
- Assist in requirements gathering, design documentation for PAM technologies. (Preferred for Senior/Leads)
- Work with stakeholders, define and document technical design for integration with technology infrastructure and business applications. (Preferred for Senior/Leads)
- Responsible for rolling out PAM solutions with expertise in integrating disparate systems.
- Assist with the development and maintain process and control documentation supporting PAM services.
- Assist in designing, planning, and implementation of security controls, policies, and processes. (Preferred for Senior/Leads)
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Thycotic Secret Server PAM toolset.
- Contribute towards process compliance activities by identifying and driving initiatives that are relevant for the project delivery and help factor re-usability and related benefits.
- Should be capable to:
- Capable to deploy/install/configure Thycotic PAM Components especially Secret server deployment in HA mode.
- Configure (Access Control, User Entitlements, Application Credentials, User Access Policy Management, enhancing security related to Privileged Access Management, High Availability and Disaster Resiliency)
- Upgrade Thycotic PAM Components, especially Secret server.
- Experience in :
- PAM solution functionalities such as accounts management, secrets management, and software and systems patching.
- Design, Installation, Implementation, User Policies, Certifications, Privilege account Provisioning, creating workflows, custom connectors, policies
- System upgrades
- PAM Operational tasks – Creating Safes, Defining Access Control, Policies/Platforms, User provisioning and entitlements, Managing Applications Credentials, Auto-upload, User Access Policy Management
- Configuring IP Whitelisting
- Configuring custom connectors (with PowerShell Scripting)
- Developing Application Questionnaire
- Awareness on integration with various technologies such as Service Now, VMWare and IAM solutions
- Assist with privileged accounts on-boarding into Thycotic Secret Server
- Configuring policies based on client needs
- Thycotic Discovery Scanning tools
- Provide inputs into engineering and the architectural design of Access Control, User Entitlements, Application Credentials, User Access Policy Management, enhancing security related to Privileged Access Management, High availability and Disaster Resiliency (Preferred for Senior/Leads)
- Integrating various platforms such as Windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases and Networking Devices
- Well versed with automation scripts in Rest-API.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience with various IT / Security technologies- Including Active Directory, DNS, Exchange, Firewalls, VPN Gateways, IPS, Proxy, PKI preferred
- PAM technology certifications (Delinea certification preferred)
