Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: CRM Functional with ISU

Experience Required: 4-8 Years

Notice Period:  15 days to Immediate 

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore

  • Candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP CRM and ISU solutions for clients in the utility industry. Candidate will work closely with clients to configure, customize, and maintain SAP CRM and ISU systems, ensuring that they align with the client's business goals and processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering - Collaborate with clients and business stakeholders to gather and document their CRM and ISU requirements in the utility industry.


  • Solution Design - Create solution designs, considering the utility industry's unique processes and regulations while leveraging SAP CRM and ISU functionalities.


  • Configuration - Configure SAP CRM and ISU systems to meet the specific business needs of the utility company, including setting up customer service processes, billing, metering, and collections.


  • Integration - Work on integrating SAP CRM and ISU with other systems and modules within the SAP landscape, such as SAP ECC or S/4HANA.


  • Testing - Conduct thorough testing of the configured solutions to ensure they meet the specified requirements and are free of defects.


  • Support and Maintenance - Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SAP CRM and ISU systems, addressing issues and implementing updates as needed.


  • Documentation - Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and customizations.


  • Continuous Improvement - Stay current with SAP CRM and ISU best practices and technology advancements, and recommend process improvements to clients.


  • Client Communication - Maintain strong client relationships by effectively communicating project status, issues, and solutions.



  • Prior experience in implementing SAP CRM and ISU solutions for utility companies.
  • Strong understanding of utility industry business processes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in SAP CRM configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM and ISU modules, such as Service, Billing, Device Management, and Customer Service.
