Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: .Net + SQL Dev

Experience Required: 5-8 Years

Notice Period:  15 days to Immediate 

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore



Description:

 

  • Design, Build, Unit Test and document Windows and Web Based applications using Microsoft platform and technologies (C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, SQL Server, WCF, ADFS)
  • Design, Build, Unit Test and document SOA based applications and Web Services using Microsoft platform and technologies.
  • Work with Senior Software Engineers, Architects, Development Managers, and Business Analysts clearly define and understand business requirements, development estimation, and work plans for multiple internal enterprise projects.
  • Assist and coordinate in the documenting the delivery of finished software products clients
  • Recommend technological solutions/options when required on projects and teams achieve business objectives.
  • Communicate with technical and business leaders on business requirements, system-related capabilities, programming progress, and enhancement status
  • Take ownership (or as part of team) of the solutions and conduct periodic code review verify compliance of the coding the coding standards, design, and patterns.
  • Produce accurate deployment instructions for efficient and error-free implementations.
  • Proactively benchmark application code mitigate performance and scalability issues. Identify the strategies increase the performance and scalability of the application
  • High-level and detailed Design documentation of developed solutions.
  • Assist Operations Team with any environment issues during application deployment across QA, Staging and Production environments.
  • Investigate and isolate system issues, develop a strategy fix them and work with operations and infrastructure teams implement.
  • Responsible for maintaining, enhancing and developing and supporting applications and technology solutions.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of industry best standards in software development and version controlling.
  • Will assist the Technical Lead with project team duties as required.
  • Able work on agile projects, participating in daily SCRUM calls and providing task updates.
  • Responsible for determining level of effort estimations, monitoring task execution and meeting established project milestones.
  • Collaborates with delivery team members maximize and leverage the understanding of business solution functional requirements and non-functional requirements.
  • Well organized with great attention detail and great communication skills.
