Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Senior Technical support

Experience Required: 2-10 Years

Notice Period:  15 days to Immediate 

Location: Chennai


  • Hands on experience in Service Now and Manage engine tool
  • Follow up with tickets and ensure the SLA is met with resolution to the user
  • User account password reset
  • Account login and domain issue
  • Printer configurations
  • SAP application installation, configuration and troubleshooting
  • Lotus notes application installation and configuration
  • User account modification in Active directory
  • Intune mobile app configuration
  • Office 365 application configuration and troubleshooting
  • Windows troubleshooting.
  • Handling escalation calls and represented in client review calls.
  • Work on critical incident analysis of its business impact and the coordination / driving of the resolution by synchronizing efforts and bringing together the relevant resolution teams.
  • Set bridge call with stake holders and resolver team
  • Perform RCA reviews
