- Thorough knowledge on Agile Frameworks and good experience in
implementing Scrum and Kanban
- Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies and ability to use
different facilitation techniques in multi-cultural and globally distributed
teams for the successful delivery
- Strong Knowledge and experience in teaching, coaching and
mentoring teams on different techniques for them to effectively manage
product/program backlog, release plan and stakeholders management
- Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple teams across the program
where required
- Assist in overall program/project planning and ensure cross-team
dependencies are well-understood and modeled in project plans and timelines
- Identify, document, and publish risks and issues related to the
overall program and to define resolution paths where required
- Resolve cross-team impediments and blocking issues
- Collect and consolidate cross-team status for delivery to
stakeholders and executive management
- Schedule and conduct meetings and ceremonies in accordance with
best practices for Agile/Scrum software development
- Ability to employ lots of creative techniques and tools for
facilitating retrospectives
- Ability to build a trust and create a safe environment for the
team to demonstrate openness and transparency
- Proven experience in employing different conflict management
techniques in complex matrix organization
Coaching Development Team to be self-organized (Build high performance
team)
- Excellent communicator who should be able to articulate and
confidently communicate with various level of stakeholders
- Ability to negotiate and help team to negotiate with
stakeholders to remove impediments
- Ability to design dashboards and define workflows in JIRA
- Should be able to coordinate with the other Scrum Masters, Agile
CoE and contribute to the different organizational initiatives
- knowledge on SDLC, Pair programming, DevOps and Other Agile
Framework (SAFe and LeSS) will be a added advantage
- Must
hold CSM or any other equivalent credential.
