Roles & responsibilities:
Qualification and Experience Required:
· BE/B. Tech in Engineering with 8-12 years?
experience
· Automotive Safety development & validation for
BEV & ICE
Preferred:
· M.E/M. Tech in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
· Awareness of Full vehicle Safety, occupant &
restraint CAE is preferred
Relevant Experience: Automotive
Crash Safety development & validation involving BEV/PHEV, Restraint/Airbags
development, & NCAP.
Job Summary:

Vehicle
level Safety integration responsibility.
- ·
Safety
development, validation planning & execution for full vehicle testing.
Integration of restraint systems, seatbelts, Airbags & trim solutions to
meet full vehicle crash targets.
- ·
Execute
sensor calibration development, Synthesis of performance, root cause &
reporting.
- ·
Coordinate
issue raising in PLM, solution development, support QCPP.
Core Competencies:
· Good understanding of automotive development cycle
for ICE & BEV.
· Understanding of calibration, validation
requirement of Safety product development
· Understanding of part development stages
· PLM & SAP tool experience would be added
advantage.
· Good communication and Presentation skills
· Good Team Player & conflict resolution skill
Functional Competencies:
· Vehicle Safety Integration & Validation ?
Planning , Execution, Reporting & compliance for Indian and Global
requirements for both ICE & BEV.
· Execution experience on at least 1 BEV vehicle
programs & at least 2 ICE vehicle programs.
· Safety CAE experience/knowledge on Full vehicle,
occupant & restraints must have.
· Good analytics & root causing skill
