Job Description:

Job Title: Fleet Management Engineer

Experience: 7 to 12 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Thiruvallur, Tamilnadu


Roles & responsibilities:

  •        'The Fleet issue management is in charge to:
  •        To define vehicle mix & drive pattern.
  •        To define vehicle route with conditions.
  •        To consider the lessons learns
  •     To consolidate vehicle negative comment in competitor vehicle and manage.
  •        To ensure vehicle quality convergence as per the product plan
  •         To ensure the robust issue restitution and Convergence.
  •        Expertise in Quality assurance methods with focus on the aspects of design
  •         To have deep analysis control and fix the root cause..
  •        To ensure weekly updated shared with the team with points need focus/ support.
  •        To Convergence on issue management against the target. ‘General Automotive knowledge (design and manufacturing).
  •        'Knowledge of APQP, DFMEA & Quality tools (QFD) etc.
  •        'Vehicle Audit (Appearance, Functional & Water tightness).
  •        'Multi-disciplinary technical skills; Abstraction skills, ability to reason on interpretation synthesis.
  •        'BIW parts knowledge.
  •        Body build process knowledge.
  •        GA build process knowledge.
  •        Issue analysis most critical requirement.
  •        Knowledge on BSR. 'Clear communication is vital in establishing work culture and patterns.
  •        'Able to work calmly under high pressure environment.
  •        Strong people management skills
