· Customer

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, or

Document and track customer issues, solutions, and interactions in a ticketing
system.
· Escalation:
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution.
· Training: Assist
customers with product training, installation, and setup as needed.
