Roles and Responsibility

Job Title:  International Voice Process

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Delhi

JD:

·  1-2 years Experience in international BPO, specifically in a Voice, Backend and Email Handling process

·  Handle customer issues, escalation calls and coordinate with different functions, case management

·  Excellent communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English

·  Willing to work in 24/7 environment

·  Open to Work from Office

 

 

Job description

·  Responsible for calling insurance companies in US to analyze the claims and follow up on outstanding Account Receivable (AR)

·  Capable to capturing denials

·  Appeal to insurances for pending claims

·  End to End knowledge of RCM (revenue cycle management) process
