Roles and Responsibility

Job Title:  HR Coordinator- Talent Acquisition

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

The HR Coordinator will be part of Talent Acquisition team where you will leverage your skills and business acumen to achieve the organization and team goals.

 

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

 

·       Posting Job Descriptions and other important information on key job boards and social networking platforms.

·       Sourcing and Screening assistance to recruiters for the open positions.

·       Scheduling and managing face-to-face and video interviews with recruiters.

·       Keeping candidate records and job postings up to date in Jobvite/PS, as well as confirming new hires.

·       Following up with applicants on their recruiting status via phone and email.

·       Tracking recruiter recruiting activity and updating candidate status in a weekly report.

·       Send out candidate experience feedback questionnaires and collect candidate input.

·       Finding ways to improve applicant experience and scheduling efficiency through candidate experience survey reports.

·       Maintain the TA budget file, create the PRF, and send out provisions on time to the finance team.

·       Management of new hiring lists, coordination across teams, and compliance tracker maintenance for Talent Acquisition.
