Responsibilities
The On-boarding Engineer for Identity Management will work with the
application stakeholders, identity management development and support team to
ensure proper engagement with target applications while on-boardings to cIAM
services, ensure transfer of on-boarding demand to cIAM product team, monitor
status of demand to cIAM product and ensure that timeliness are met. Liaise
with stakeholders to continue cIAM on-boarding activities. Reporting on on-boarding
status, issue and dependencies. Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade
security measures.
Requirements and Qualifications
· Experience in Identity and Access management like
(Forgerock, Salesforce, Site Minder, Oracle or Okta, Auth0 or any other custom
IDP solution provider)
· Experience in SAML, OAuth, Open ID Connect
protocols.
· Need and implementation knowledge of Single-sign-on
· Experience on Secure Certificate management and
proxies
· Expert knowledge of software development security
principles, concepts, and best practices
· Advanced understanding of general information
security concepts and principles, system architectures and development
· Understand Web application security concepts and
practices.
· Ability to work methodically and is very detail
oriented.
· Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
· Demonstrated skills in innovation and
collaboration.
· Maintaining awareness and knowledge of contemporary
standards, practices, procedures, and methods
· Excellent presentation and communications skills to
effectively communicate with management and customers.
· Min 8?10 Years of experience and 5-6 years of
relevant experience
· A degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems
Engineering, or related qualification in cyber security e.g. CISSP/CISM/CISA
· A background within information security including
project experience.
· Current role at Senior Consultant and/or Project
Management level or equivalent
· Great awareness of cybersecurity trends and hacking
techniques.
· Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind
and outstanding problem-solving skills.
· Strong understanding of core identity and access
management concepts and technologies, including provisioning, access, single
sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication, privileged access management,
public-key infrastructure, directory services, group policy, identity-related
integrations, behavioral analytics and other identity management related
technologies and functions.
· Excellent time management skills to effectively
manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
· Should have conducted User Acceptance testing and
requirement gathering and analysis.
· Ability to work calmly under pressure. Ability to
get the job done.
· Ability to clearly articulate complex concepts both
written and verbally.
· Ability, understanding, and usage of active listening skills
especially with customers.
