Roles and Responsibility

Job Title:  Procurement Operations Representative

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

·       Proficient in Procurement process (Purchase Requisition, SPOT Buying/RFQ, Purchase Order creation, Purchase Order Confirmation, PO Follow-up etc., Negotiation Skills)

·       Strong SAP Knowledge (SAP MM Module)

·       Excellent Communication and Email Drafting Skills.

·       Experience in P2P cycle (Procure to Pay)

·       Experience in communicating with multiple stakeholders (Supplier, Client etc.)

·       Manage and prioritize procurement activities to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.

·       Conduct thorough analysis of supplier proposals and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.

·       Utilize SAP MM module to create and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate procurement records.

·       Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
