· Cultivating and maintaining strong
client relationships through effective communication and timely resolution of
inquiries or issues.
· Conducting secondary research to
analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and industry dynamics to provide
insights and recommendations to clients.
· Utilizing qualitative research
methodologies to gather customer feedback, understand preferences, and identify
areas for service improvement.
· Leveraging MS Tools such as Excel,
PowerPoint, and Teams to prepare reports, presentations, and collaborative
documents for client meetings and internal discussions.
· Collaborating with cross-functional
teams to ensure client satisfaction, identify upselling or cross-selling
opportunities, and drive business growth.
Required skills:
· Proficiency in conducting secondary
research to gather and analyze market data.
· Experience in qualitative research
methodologies to understand customer behaviours and preferences.
· Advanced knowledge of MS Tools such
as Excel for data analysis, PowerPoint for presentations, and Teams for
collaboration.
· Strong interpersonal and
communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and internal
