The Legal & Compliance Analyst plays a
critical role within our organization, overseeing complete contract management
activities with a primary focus on vendor contracts and other related
documents. The individual in this role will be responsible for ensuring the
legality and compliance of all contracts and agreements entered into by the
company.
Key responsibilities include:
· Contract Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of
contracts, from drafting and negotiation to execution and management, ensuring
adherence to legal and compliance standards.
· Vendor Contract Management: Specifically focus on
managing vendor contracts, including but not limited to vendor selection,
negotiation, drafting, and ongoing management to mitigate risks and ensure
compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations.
· Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date
records of all contracts and related documents, ensuring proper organization
and accessibility for internal stakeholders.
· Compliance Assurance: Ensure that all contracts and
agreements adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, company policies, and
industry best practices.
· Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess potential legal
and compliance risks associated with contracts and propose strategies to
mitigate these risks effectively.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with
various departments, including procurement, finance, and operations, to
facilitate effective contract management processes and address any legal or
compliance-related concerns.
· Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify
opportunities to enhance contract management processes, streamline workflows, and
improve efficiency within the legal and compliance function.
