(CD) and Continuous Deployment (CD) practices (GitHub Actions)
· Experience on Infrastructure as Code
(IaC) and GitOps technologies (Terraform or Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes) and
cloud providers (Azure or AWS)
· Able to steer and guide software
offers by dealing with the adoption of referenced guidelines and practices
along the SDLC
· Strong communication skills
· Strong project management skills,
being able to build a deployment/migration roadmap with business stakeholders
and deliver according to plan with the support of Jira Support Team
· Strong collaboration skills to
partner with business stakeholders in charge of software offers' SDLC practices
· Change management skills to define
and execute a communication and training strategy to ensure correct adoption by
teams
· Able to engage with stakeholders
across different time zones, especially India, Europe and America
· Able to run an assessment of a Team
way of working and propose continuous improvement plan based on internal
defined assessments
Main
Responsibilities:
· DevSecOps Playbooks
· Develop detailed documentation as a
catalogue of playbooks with a focus on DevSecOps practices adoption (CI, CD,
Security, Quality, Safety)
· Develop technical blueprints with
focus on DevSecOps practices in targeted ecosystem of tools
· Develop change management
(communication and training) materials to ensure right adoption
· Align playbooks and blueprints with Lifecycle
Management (OLM) model and Software Product Lifecycle Management practices
· Run a couple of pilot migrations to
test and learn before launching global deployment
· Build a global deployment roadmap
according to business needs and available resources
· Deliver training sessions to teams
adopting practices
· Build and maintain a tracker to show
deployment progress, risks, and impediments
