Responsibilities:
· Jira Configuration Migration
· Develop the general criteria to be
applied for Jira Template/Configuration selection by teams
· Develop the detailed documentation
for Jira Support Team to be able to Migrate a Jira Project to the selected
Template/Configuration
· Develop change management
(communication and training) materials to ensure right adoption
· Run a couple of pilot migrations to
test and learn before launching global deployment
· Build a global deployment roadmap
according to business needs and available resources
· Lead each Business migration
execution, coordinating all involved teams and stakeholders
· Deliver training sessions to teams
migrated
· Build and maintain a tracker to show
migration progress, risks, and impediments
· Risk Management Practice Deployment
