Job Title: Consultant

Experience: 2 to 6 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Pune

JD:

Responsibilities:

·       Review and analyse resumes

·       Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions

·       Lining up the screened candidates for interview.

·       Coordination with candidates, also if required with client as well

·       Developing recruitment pipeline for target completion/achievements

Requirement:

·       Ability to learn quickly, adapt and implement the Firm's policies efficiently

·       Excellent Communication Skills
