Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Service Now Developer

Experience: 2 to 12 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

·       Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules to meet business requirements.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement ServiceNow workflows and integrations.

·       Configure and optimize ServiceNow platform components, including forms, workflows, UI policies, and business rules.

·       Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform system upgrades, and ensure platform stability and performance.

·       Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.

·       Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, administrators, and end-users.
