· Experience in the securities or
financial services industry is necessary, knowledge of regulatory reporting is
a strong advantage.
· Experience navigating and enriching
data sets for business or regulatory outcomes.
· Candidate should be a self-starter,
comfortable with communicating with senior stakeholders with a genuine
curiosity for the business (finance) and a desire for deep understanding of
data sets and insights that can be derived.
· The candidate will add value by
bridging technical and business endeavors, driving outcomes and leveraging
technology to advance data quality and drive insights regarding the firm's
regulatory reporting.
· Manages analysis of application data
requirements for new and enhanced data processing applications.
· Manages the analysis and influences
the design of data models and logical databases at the data element level
consistent with the corporate architectural models.
· Manages the navigation and analysis
of corporate-wide information flows and interfaces between business processes
to understand and identify appropriate datasets for analytics and regulatory
reporting purposes.
· Provides comprehensive consulting to
internal clients and IT management and staff in the identification and
resolution of information flow and content issues.
· Contributes to the achievement of team
objectives
Must have-
· Degree in computer science, finance,
or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
· 3+ years of experience in all phases
of data identification, transformation, and usage or an equivalent combination
of education and work experience required.
· Candidate should have experience
with minimum of regulatory reporting, SQL, Python, scripting & BI tools.
