Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Business Analyst

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Pune

JD:

Responsibilities:

·       Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, ensuring clear understanding and documentation.

·       Analyze and prioritize requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications.

·       Utilize Azure DevOps for project tracking, documentation, and management, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of infrastructure projects.

·       Apply agile methodologies to streamline project delivery, adapting processes to meet project timelines and deliverables.

·       Conduct detailed problem solving to address and resolve project hurdles, employing innovative solutions to meet business objectives.

·       Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirement specifications, process diagrams, and user guides.

·       Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and progress.

·       Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to processes and systems to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.

Must Have Skills:

·       Overall Experience  3+ years

·       Relevant Experience- 1.5-2 years

·       Proficient in Azure DevOps, Power BI, SNOW and Confluence 1.5-2 years.

·       Strong understanding of agile methodologies and ability to apply them in project management 1.5-2 years.

·       Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation 1.5-2 years.

·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

·       Detail-oriented with a commitment to high quality and accuracy.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.

·       Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
