operating skills required (MS- Office Applications)

Typing speed to be able to efficiently manage documentation during/post
interaction.

and contributes positively to meet the SLAs & targets.

Customer Satisfaction, Service Level%, Average Handle Time, Session Time, Wait
Time, First Call Resolution, Abandon Rate, call back timeliness etc. to meet
consistently.

exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
· Process:
Voice, Chat, Email. Skill Requirements:
· 1 - 3 years of
experience working as a Customer Support Executive or a similar position in the
Customer Service department.
· Exceptional
verbal and written communication skills.

problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to
meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
· Outstanding
interpersonal and organizational skills.
· Excellent
