Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Customer Support

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Delhi

JD:

·       Answer calls, chats & Emails with an approach to deliver positive customer satisfaction.

·       Basic computer operating skills required (MS- Office Applications)

·       Appropriate Typing speed to be able to efficiently manage documentation during/post interaction.

·       Focus on First Call resolution and maintain defined quality on calls.

·       Understands and contributes positively to meet the SLAs & targets.

·       Ensures Customer Satisfaction, Service Level%, Average Handle Time, Session Time, Wait Time, First Call Resolution, Abandon Rate, call back timeliness etc. to meet consistently.

·       Take complete ownership of self-learning & development.

·       Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

·       Process: Voice, Chat, Email. Skill Requirements:

·       1 - 3 years of experience working as a Customer Support Executive or a similar position in the Customer Service department.

·       Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

·       Good problem-solving abilities.

·       A customer-oriented individual.

·       Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

·       Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.

·       Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.

·       A quick learner and exceptional ability to make decisions.
