Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Oracle Field Service

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Hyderabad

JD:

·       Implement and configure Oracle Field Service solutions based on client requirements.

·       Customize Oracle CRM modules including Foundation, Field Service, Service Contracts, Install Base, and Depot Repair.

·       Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

·       Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Field Service applications.

·       Develop and maintain documentation related to Oracle Field Service configurations, customizations, and processes.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Field Service with other enterprise systems.
