Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Okta Implementation Consultant

Experience: 3 to 10 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

·  Overall experience of 3 to 6 years with 2+ years of relevant experience.

·  Collaborate with application owners and stakeholders to understand their requirements for integrating their applications with Okta.

·  Assess the compatibility of applications with Okta's authentication and authorization mechanisms.

·  Configure and customize Okta to meet the specific needs of each application, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA).

·  Develop and maintain documentation for the onboarding process, including technical specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

·  Work closely with the IT security team to ensure that onboarding processes comply with security policies and standards.

·  Provide technical support to application owners during the onboarding process, including troubleshooting integration issues and resolving configuration errors.

·  Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and support, to ensure smooth and successful application onboarding.

·  Stay informed about new features and updates in the Okta platform and recommend best practices for application integration.

 

OKTA IMPLEMENTATION (Sr. Consultant)
