Responsibilities:
· Oversees the development and
operations of the finance departments in the company reviews new financial
policies and budgets in the organization.
· Creates and analyses financial
monthly or annual reports to senior managers oversees the company's financial
procedures by training, recruiting and conducting regular assessments of employees
in the finance department.
· Supervises the preparation of the
account reconciliation
· Assists with the company's cash flow
forecasting
· Monitors and enforces compliance
with tax and financial reporting standards mediates between employees,
shareholders, investors and organizations on the company's financial issues,
· Advises the board of directors on
decisions concerning the organization’s finances
· Develops investment strategies to
increase the company's working capital for the expansion of the business
· Creates business plans based on the
financial forecasts and the analysis of the company's status
· Prepares the company's financial
report and monitors accounting records supports the organization’s goal by
ensuring that its financial position guarantees success.
