Responsibilities:

support, infrastructure, monitoring team

Manage transition from Build to Run

Functional management of shared resources

Managed efficient communication with customer and
stakeholder to promote evolution, manage major incident.

Build and follow KPI on platform efficiency, cost, and
availability
Skills required:

A minimum of 2-3 years' relevant experience working
collaboratively with external & internal partners to drive scale and
adoption.

Experience on Azure and cloud solution.
·
Azure fundamental certification (AZ900)
·
Customer oriented attitude.
·
Knowledge base management
·
Project management skills to structure the team
growth and development.
·
ITIL framework.
·
Autonomy and pro activity in the day-to-day
activities.
·
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
with the ability to communicate at all interpersonal levels.
