Responsibilities:
· Support Human Resources Team by
coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews for Full Time positions. This
includes in-person interviews and the coordination of travel arrangements when
needed.
· Communicate with Recruiters, Hiring
Managers, and Candidates for alignment of schedules
· Provide a high level of customer
service and professionalism to the Candidates, Recruiters, and Hiring Managers
involved in the interview process
· Manage and track the scheduling
process in our applicant tracking system
· Communicate important interview
information leading up to and on the day of the interview
· Maintain consistent communication
with candidates, interview teams, recruiters, hiring managers, and other necessary
groups
· Assist Scheduling team with
coordinating onsite interviews during high volume periods
· Perform administrative duties as
required to support the Human Resources team
· Other responsibilities as needed
