Responsibilities:
· Knowledge of hardware and cabling
· Installation electronics equipment
in the field.
· Resolving customer complaints
brought to your attention.
· Troubleshooting technical issues.
· Diagnosing and repairing faults.
· Installing and configuring hardware
and software.
· Replacing or repairing the necessary
parts.
· Providing support in the form of
procedural documentation.
· Following up with clients to ensure
the problem is resolved.
· Talking customers through a series of
actions to resolve a problem.
· Providing timely and accurate
customer feedback.
Requirement
· Excellent interpersonal, written,
and oral communication skills
· Computer Skills
· Attention to detail and good problem-solving
skills.
· Experience with remote desktop applications
and help desk software.
· Proficiency in Windows
· Prior experience in tech support,
desktop support, or a similar role.
· Component soldering skills is
advantageous.
