Responsibilities:
· Design and optimize Excel-based
workflows, macros, and scripts to automate repetitive tasks and increase
productivity.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to
understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
within Excel or using office scripts.
· Create custom Excel templates,
dashboards, and reports to support data analysis, visualization, and
decision-making.
· Troubleshoot and debug existing
Excel automation scripts, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance.
· Stay updated on the latest features
and capabilities of Office Scripts, and Power Platform, and leverage them to
enhance automation solutions.
· Provide training and support to
end-users on how to use automated Excel solutions effectively.
· Collaborate with cross-functional
teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to integrate Excel automation
solutions with other systems and applications.
· Document automation processes, code,
and best practices for knowledge sharing and future reference.
· Participate in continuous improvement
initiatives to enhance automation capabilities and drive innovation within the
organization.
