Job Title: Kronos Consultant

Responsibilities:
· Configure and customize Kronos
Workforce Central Timekeeper modules according to client requirements,
including Time & Attendance, Accruals, Analytics, Reporting, Scheduling,
and Advanced Scheduling.
· Collaborate with technical teams to
integrate Kronos systems with other HRIS and ERP systems. Manage data migration
tasks to ensure seamless transition and accuracy of data.
· Develop custom scripts, workflows,
and interfaces using Kronos APIs and tools to enhance system functionality and
meet unique business needs.
· Provide ongoing maintenance,
troubleshooting, and support for Kronos systems, including device management
(clocks, web, etc.), system upgrades, and patches.
· Create and maintain technical
documentation, user guides, and training materials for Kronos system
configurations and functionalities. Conduct user training sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Computer
Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's in Human Resource
Management is desirable.
· Minimum 3 years of experience as a
functional consultant with any Time & Attendance management system will be
considered.
· Extensive hands-on experience with
Kronos Workforce Central Timekeeper modules, including Time & Attendance,
Accruals, Analytics, Reporting, Scheduling, and Advanced Scheduling.
· Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business
requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Excellent interpersonal, written,
and oral communication skills. Ability to work effectively in teams and
interact with stakeholders at all levels.
· Proven ability to work under
pressure, handle ambiguity, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Qualifications:
· Kronos certification or training.
· Experience with Kronos device
management and integration with biometric clocking systems.
· Knowledge of Kronos APIs, Workforce
Integration Manager (WIM), and Workforce Dimensions.
· Familiarity with HRIS/ERP systems
and data integration principles.
· Project management experience or
certification.
