Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support using
tools such as Concur, Travel Bookings, Ariba, etc.
· Act as a Project Manager by seeking
appointments with senior government officials, calendar blocking, processing
memberships of associations, creating minutes of meetings, following up on
action items, and conducting basic research on policy issues.
· Maintain effective written and
verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
· Manage projects from initiation to
completion, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
· Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
· Monitor project progress and provide
regular updates to stakeholders.
· Analyze project data and metrics to
identify areas for improvement.
· Ensure compliance with relevant
policies, regulations, and standards.
Requirements:
· Master's degree in a relevant field.
· 6-8 years of experience in project
or program management.
· Proficiency in administrative tools
such as Concur, Ariba, etc.
· Strong project management skills,
including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
· Excellent written and verbal
communication skills.
· Ability to engage with senior
government officials and stakeholders.
· Strong organizational and
multitasking abilities.
· Analytical thinking and
problem-solving skills.
· Knowledge of policy issues and
government processes is a plus.
