Computer Applications (MCA) or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or
PGDBM
· Certification in any Oracle Taleo
Recruitment, either specialist or Implement level certification.
· ICIMS Product Certification
(Recruitment) preferred
Required
Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience
· 5 years of experience in Talent
Acquisition applications such as Oracle Taleo, ICIMS Recruitment, Preboarding
processes.
· Subject matter expertise in Recruitment
Lifecycle processes.
· Should have completed atleast 1
implementation Taleo Recruitment / ICIMS Recruitment, Preboarding processes.
· Minimum 3 years of consulting
experience in Taleo Transition and Recruitment / ICIMS Recruitment, Preboarding
processes.
· Atleast 2 years of experience in
working through Agile Project Management model
· Solid creative and analytical skills
· Should be a go-getter and strong
collaborative mindset
· Excellent Communication skills and
presentation skills
· Good Exposure towards working in
highly matrixed setup of Global MNCs
· Willingness to learn new products
and processes
Functional
· Strong working knowledge in
configurations and functionalities in Taleo Transition (Onboarding &
offboarding), Taleo Recruitment / ICIMS Recruitment
· Expertise in handling complex
customizations / personalization at application level
· Hands on experience in setting up
Approval flows
· Strong in consulting skills such as
Fit/gap analysis, Business analysis, SDLC concepts such as Agile, Waterfall,
release management.
· Preparing BRD, Process guides and
User guides.
Technical/Project
Management
· Should have atleast 2 years of experience
in data loading tools
· Expertise in TCC configurations
· Solid work experience in setting up
Interfaces with third party systems
· Expertise in OBI Reporting for Taleo
· Hands on experience in webservices /
API security protocols
· Exposure to Cloud architecture
· Intermediation level SQL programming

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
· Do L3 Support to resolve tickets /
incidents
· Work towards designing and
configuring solutions via CHRs & Projects
· Do Impact assessment within
application landscape and with 3rd party applications
· Participate in testing activities
for Upgrades / Deployments / Implementation
· Contribute towards change management
activities
· Participate in Agile Scrum calls as
configuration expert to provide updates
· Learn and understand new products
· Prepare FQA documents, Root Cause
Analysis document, Functional Design documents
