Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: HR Coordinator

Experience: 3 to 10 years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

Communications:

·       Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

·       Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Problem-Solving:

·       Apply HR principles and knowledge to administer day-to-day HR tasks.

·       Solve complex problems related to HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.

·       Utilize creativity and critical thinking to address HR challenges.

HR Administration:

·       Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.

·       Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

·       Maintain employee records and HR databases.

·       Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback.

Employee Relations:

·       Address employee inquiries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.

·       Assist in resolving employee conflicts and disputes.

·       Foster positive employee relations and a supportive work environment.

 

Requirements:

·       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (or equivalent work experience).

·       3-10 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

·       Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.

·       Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
