Job Title: L2 Network Support Engineer

Experience: 4-8 Years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities:

·       Networking Protocols: Demonstrate expertise in a range of networking protocols such as IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, 802.11, QoS, STP, PVST, LACP, DHCP, VLAN, VTP, and VPN. Understand the intricacies of these protocols and apply them effectively in network configurations and troubleshooting.

·       Network Diagnostic Tools: Utilize network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools to identify and resolve network issues efficiently. Interpret diagnostic data and provide actionable insights to optimize network performance.

·       Cisco Wireless Technologies: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco wireless technologies, including wireless controllers, access points, and wireless LAN configurations. Ensure seamless connectivity, optimal coverage, and security in wireless environments.

·       Incident Management: Respond to network-related incidents promptly, investigate root causes, and implement solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions. Maintain accurate incident records and collaborate with cross-functional teams for resolution.

·       Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain network documentation, including configurations, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Generate regular reports on network performance, capacity, and security posture.
