Responsibilities:
· Work with cross functional teams to
deliver the committed OGSMs (Objectives, Goals, Strategies and Measures), KPIs
and other measurable success criteria
· Have experience shipping successful
products, including defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps
and creating and managing backlogs
· Demonstrate deep user empathy and
strong user experience sensibilities
· Ensure the roadmap prioritization
reflect quality, stability and security standards
Essential
Requirements
· 10+ years of related experience with
a Bachelor’s degree; or 6+ years with a Master’s degree; or equivalent
experience
· Relevant Product Management
experience with at least 3+ years’ experience in building products for ecommerce
or online customer experiences
· Strong leadership skills for driving
and collaborating cross functional groups
· Experience with lean startup, agile
development, and user centered design methodologies
· Strong communication skills,
including the ability to convey analytics and customer insights effectively to
both technical and business audiences
