Responsibilities:
· Develop automated test scripts using
JavaScript (must-have) and TypeScript (desirable) for Salesforce applications.
· Utilize WebdriverIO for automating
testing of frontend applications, including libraries and appropriate concepts
in automated tests.
· Hands-on experience with Cucumber
Gherkins for writing test scenarios.
· Perform version control using
Azure/Git, including creating Pull Requests (PR), resolving conflicts, and
merging branches.
· Create selectors for elements on
webpages and use them in tests, following the Page Object Model for test
framework structuring.
· Collaborate with Developers,
Testers, and other team members using JIRA and Confluence in an Agile
environment.
· Analyze requirements, design test
cases, execute tests, and report defects.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science, Engineering, or related field.
· 6-12 years of experience in
Salesforce automation testing.
· Proficiency in JavaScript, with the
ability to write automated test scripts.
· Knowledge of TypeScript (desirable)
for developing automated test scripts.
· Experience with WebdriverIO for
frontend automation testing, including cucumber expressions, asynchronous
functions, and assertions.
· Hands-on experience with Cucumber
Gherkins for writing test scenarios.
· Version control experience using
Azure/Git for code check-ins, creating PRs, resolving conflicts, and merging
branches.
· Strong understanding of the Page
Object Model for structuring test frameworks.
· Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
for agile project management.
· Excellent communication skills and
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
