Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Service Now Developer

Experience: 5-10 Years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore



·       Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.

·       Develop and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HAM, Portal, and Catalog based on business requirements.

·       Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools.

·       Configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and notifications.

·       Design and develop ServiceNow Service Portal to enhance user experience and self-service capabilities.

·       Create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.

·       Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, standards, and security guidelines.

·       Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues related to ServiceNow platform.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.



·       Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·       5-10 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, HAM, Portal, Catalog, and Integration.

·       Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, components, and modules.

·       Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools including Scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), UI Actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Workflows.

·       Experience with ServiceNow integration capabilities using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.

·       Knowledge of ServiceNow HAM (Hardware Asset Management) and CMDB (Configuration Management Database).

·       Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Portal development, UI/UX design, and Catalog management.

·       Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT service management processes.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

·       Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
