Roles and Responsibility

Job Title: Advisor-Project/Program Management

Experience: 8-9 Years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

·       Lead and manage projects/programs from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

·       Develop project/program plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, resources, and budgets.

·       Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project/program goals and objectives.

·       Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project/program risks.

·       Monitor and track project/program progress, identifying and addressing issues and deviations from the plan.

·       Prepare and present regular project/program status reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, key metrics, and recommendations.

·       Manage project/program budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and reporting variances.

·       Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.

·       Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.

·       Continuously evaluate and improve project/program management processes, tools, and methodologies.
