Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain CRM system (e.g., Salesforce)
to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data.
· Generate and analyze sales reports, dashboards, and
performance metrics to track sales KPIs, trends, and pipeline health.
· Assist in sales forecasting, budgeting, and
territory planning to support sales strategy and revenue growth.
· Collaborate with sales team to optimize lead
management, opportunity tracking, and sales pipeline processes.
· Support sales team with order processing, contract
management, and sales documentation.
· Conduct sales data analysis to identify insights,
trends, and areas for sales process improvement.
· Assist in training sales team on CRM usage, sales
processes, and best practices.
· Coordinate with marketing team to ensure alignment on
lead generation, campaign tracking, and sales enablement efforts.
· Assist in sales territory mapping, customer
segmentation, and account prioritization.
· Collaborate with finance team on sales commissions,
incentives, and sales performance incentives.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
Sales, Marketing, or related field.
· 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, sales
support, or a related role.
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel,
data analysis, and reporting.
· Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce,
HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to
collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively in a team environment.
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
· Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous
improvement and problem-solving.
· Understanding of sales processes, lead management,
pipeline management, and sales metrics.
· Experience in sales forecasting, territory
planning, and sales analytics is a plus.
· Knowledge of sales incentive programs, commission
structures, and sales compensation plans is a plus.
