JD:
Responsibilities:
· Perform manual testing across
various platforms including web applications (GUI), mobile apps, and APIs
(SOA/Microservices).
· Create and execute test plans, test
cases, and test scripts to ensure quality and functionality.
· Conduct regression testing, smoke testing,
and exploratory testing as needed.
· Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to identify and report bugs, issues, and improvements.
· Participate in requirement analysis
and review meetings to ensure test coverage.
· Utilize testing tools such as JIRA, ALM
Octane, Postman, Oracle SQL Developer, AWS S3, and sFTP for test management and
execution.
· Adhere to testing best practices and
standards, including accessibility testing using tools like NVDA.
· Assist in test automation efforts by
creating and maintaining test automation scripts using Selenium, Appium,
Node.js, Visual Studio Code, Cucumber (Gherkin), Jenkins, and Gitlab.
· Perform API testing using GraphQL
mocks and ensure API integration testing.
Required
Skills:
· 3-9 years of experience in manual
testing with proficiency in GUI testing, mobile app testing, and API testing
(SOA/Microservices).
· Familiarity with testing tools such
as JIRA, ALM Octane, Postman, Oracle SQL Developer, AWS S3, and sFTP.
· Hands-on experience with testing
automation tools like Selenium, Appium, Node.js, Visual Studio Code, Cucumber
(Gherkin), Jenkins, and Gitlab.
· Knowledge of Python architecture and
approaches for testing.
· Ability to create and execute test
plans, test cases, and test scripts.
· Experience with accessibility
testing using tools like NVDA.
· Strong understanding of software
testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
· Preferred Skills:
· Experience with GraphQL mocks for
API testing.
· Familiarity with cloud platforms and
services such as AWS.
· Knowledge of SQL for database
testing.
· Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and
DevOps practices.
· Excellent communication skills and
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science, Engineering, or related field.
· Relevant certifications in software
testing (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
