Responsibilities:
· End-to-End Feature Development: Lead
end-to-end feature development, navigating the full Software Development Life
Cycle (SDLC) for medium to large product features.
· Production-Quality Code: Produce
high-quality, production-ready code that meets performance, scalability, and
reliability requirements.
· Proficient in Java/Kotlin/ReactJS:
Demonstrate strong proficiency in Java or Kotlin for backend development and ReactJS
for frontend development.
· Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Scala
and Soy templates is a bonus, showcasing versatility in programming languages
and templating frameworks.
· Independent Project Delivery:
Ability to independently deliver projects, meet requirements, and adhere to
project timelines with minimal supervision or handholding.
· Solution Design: Contribute to
solution design for full-stack projects, including architecture, technology
selection, and implementation strategies.
Requirements:
· 10+ years of experience as a Full
Stack Developer, with a strong background in end-to-end feature development and
full SDLC experience.
· Proficiency in Java or Kotlin for
backend development, including RESTful APIs, database integration, and server-side
logic.
· Strong Frontend Skills: Proficiency
in ReactJS for frontend development, including state management,
component-based architecture, and responsive design principles.
· Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Scala
programming language and Soy templates for frontend templating.
· Independent Problem-Solving: Ability
to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement features
independently, with a focus on code quality and best practices.
· Solution-Oriented: Proven track
record of designing and implementing solutions for complex full-stack projects,
addressing technical challenges and meeting business objectives.
· Communication and Collaboration:
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with
cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.
Preferred
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· Certifications in Java, Kotlin,
ReactJS, Scala, or related technologies are a plus.
· Experience with agile methodologies,
DevOps practices, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
· Familiarity with microservices
architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
· Strong problem-solving and
analytical skills, with a continuous learning mindset to stay updated with
industry trends and technologies.
