Roles and Responsibility

Job title: Specialist-Business Operation

Experience: 4-5 Years

Notice period: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Take ownership of Resource Scheduling Activities for the assigned region

·       Ensure all assigned tasks and responsibilities are successfully performed and completed within the prescribed SLA parameters.

·       Resolve any scheduling issues arising with a sense of urgency by working with the respective team

·       Collaborate with RMs across different regions to fulfill the resource requirements and apply attained experience and knowledge in solving routine issues and problems

·       Help in maintaining the Process Documentations as per ISO Audit requirements.

·       Cross train team members as and when needed

·       Be flexible and open to working in various time zones and timelines and extension of work hours as required

·       Adhere to all the policies and procedures of the organization and the line of business

·       Performs other duties as required

SKILLS

·       Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate with multiple teams across geographies to meet deadlines.

·       Excellent written and spoken English skills and an ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise and accurate written response

·       Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues correctly and clearly to both internal and external customers.

·       Demonstrated ability to work independently and make complex investigation decisions with little to no guidance

·       Strong time management and organizational skills

·       Ability to effectively manage time, and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority

·       Excellent ability to determine situational needs and provide appropriate solutions

·       Positive attitude with quick learning ability & good grasping power.

·       Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime hours as per business requirement

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Graduate in any discipline

·       Good knowledge of computers (Basics, MS Office) required

·       Exposure and/or experience to Incident Management tools like ServiceNow preferred

·       Knowledge and/or experience working on SAP Project module preferred

·       Exposure and/or experience with ITIL concepts preferred

·       Education Required: Bachelors and/or Masters (Non-Technical)

·       Experience Required 2-5 Years
