Responsibilities:
· Assist in the development and
implementation of learning and development (L&D) programs and initiatives
for employees across the organization.
· Coordinate training sessions,
workshops, and learning events, including scheduling, logistics, and
participant communications.
· Support the creation of training
materials, presentations, and e-learning modules using authoring tools and
learning management systems (LMS).
· Collaborate with subject matter
experts (SMEs) and trainers to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and
effectiveness.
· Administer and maintain the LMS
platform, including user management, course assignments, and reporting.
· Coordinate and track employee
training records, certifications, and compliance requirements.
· Assist in evaluating training
effectiveness through surveys, feedback mechanisms, and assessment tools.
· Provide logistical support for
talent development programs, leadership development initiatives, and onboarding
activities.
· Respond to employee inquiries
related to training programs, resources, and career development opportunities.
· Stay updated on industry trends,
best practices, and emerging technologies in L&D to recommend improvements
and enhancements.
