Responsibilities:
· Conduct risk assessments and
security audits to identify vulnerabilities and gaps in IT systems, networks,
and applications.
· Develop and implement IT security
policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements.
· Monitor security systems, logs, and
alerts for suspicious activities or potential security incidents; investigate
and respond to security breaches.
· Implement and manage security
solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS),
endpoint protection, and data encryption.
· Collaborate with IT teams to design
and implement secure network architectures, including segmentation, VPNs, and
secure remote access.
· Conduct security awareness training
and provide guidance to employees on best practices for data protection and
cybersecurity.
· Manage security incidents and
conduct incident response activities, including containment, investigation,
remediation, and reporting.
· Stay updated on emerging threats,
security trends, and industry best practices to recommend and implement
security enhancements.
· Participate in IT security projects,
initiatives, and risk management activities to improve overall security
posture.
· Provide advisory support and
recommendations to management on IT security strategy, risk mitigation, and
compliance matters.
