Responsibilities:
· Manage relationships with the hiring
managers in a high-touch recruiting environment; build credibility around
talent acquisition best practices and candidate selection.
· Recognize qualified applicant
profile utilizing different sourcing procedures.
· Create talent pools for future
hiring needs.
· Measure conversion rates, which
include the number of passive candidates who transform into applicants, get
invited to interviews.
· Scheduling Interviews and Follow ups
with candidates.
· Request for referrals from current
workers and external networks.
· Manage and initiate reference
checks, background checks, and onboarding process for any pending new hires.
· Maintain applicant databases through
our Applicant Tracking System.
· Conduct market intel/ research, Competitor
intelligence for new skills, demands. Requirements Graduate/Postgraduate from any stream.
· Proven 1-2+ year work experience as
a NON-IT Talent Recruiter or a similar role in a reputed Talent Search firm for
International Processes.
· Hands-on experience with Recruitment
strategies.
· Familiar with HR databases,
Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
· Good at MS-Excel Excellent oral and written communication
skills.
· Ability to present our company and
open roles to potential candidates effectively.
· Ability to work in teams or
individually as and when required.
· Quick decision-making abilities. Strong negotiation and sales skills.
· Ability to perform under pressure.
