JD:
· Lead the design, development, and
deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including customization,
configuration, and integration with other systems.
· Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into
technical specifications and solutions.
· Develop and maintain technical
documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
· Provide technical support and
troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, ensuring timely
resolution of issues and incidents.
Professional & Technical Skills:
· Strong technical expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
· Functional knowledge of Microsoft
Dynamics CRM.
· Experience in designing, developing,
and deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, including customization,
configuration, and integration with other systems.
· Strong understanding of Microsoft
Dynamics CRM architecture, data model, and security model.
· Experience in developing and
maintaining technical documentation, including design documents, test plans,
and user manuals.
· Excellent problem-solving and
troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical
issues in a timely manner.
Additional Information:
· The candidate should have a minimum
of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
